Nicki Minaj’s Brother Found Guilty Of Child Rape
Nicki Minaj’s older brother Jelani Maraj was found guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child today in a Long Island courtroom. TMZ reports he faces 25 years to life in prison and he’ll be sentenced on December 14. Maraj is facing 25 years to life in prison.
Maraj was found guilty after being accused of raping and sodomizing his pre-teen step daughter. The unnamed victim testified that Maraj repeatedly raped and coached her to be sodomized. Nicki Minaj did not appear in court to testify for her brother, but her mother did take the stand in an attempt to say the victim and her family were trying to make a pay day out of their rape accusations.
