A group of Ohio boys age 14 and 13 have all been charged with murder after throwing a sandbag off a freeway overpass and killing 22-yr-old Marquise Byrd. We just reported on some Cali kid committing suicide by jumping off an overpass and killing a psychiatrist. SMMFH!
