This is my new goal, get back to this picture ☝🏽I get asked all the time, "how did u get your waist so small? I only post when my waist is small 😂 my weight fluctuates more than a clock on a wall 😫 I normally don't post the bad days but, today I will show you why I always post body pics. Almost 2 years ago I had extreme weight gain about 50lbs. I took pictures with my son at his elementary graduation and I was horrified, I didn't want to post none of the pictures. It was heartbreaking becuz that day was about him. From that day forward I worked extremely hard and I lost 40lbs in 10months. It definitely doesn't happen over night, there's a lot of crying, ups and downs, and the scale haunts u but, consistency is the only way u can undeniably reach your goal!
