"R.i.P. Rich The Kid" Post Goes Up On Rich The Kid's Instagram Page

Well, it seems like Rich The Kid isn’t actually dead, but his rap moniker might be.

Though nothing has been confirmed, many people are speculating that the death of anything Rich-related is just referring to his name. It looks like the entertainer is just looking for a fresh start, which is why everything on his Instagram has been wiped clean.

The “Plug Walk” rapper has been known to complain about his label situation in the past, and has been especially vocal lately about how unhappy he is with 300, calling it the “worst label ever.” Rich changing his name could have something to do with a possible departure from his label, similar to 2 Chainz paying Ludacris $100,000 back in 2010 to get out of his deal with Disturbing Tha Peace, also leaving his Tity Boi nickname in the dust.

One Twitter used claims to have spoked to Rich The Kid and his manager, seemingly confirming the retiring of his name and that the rapper himself all good.

So from the looks of it, Rich The Kid is alive and well, but we might be hearing of a name change pretty soon.
