Drake And Odell Beckham Jr. Face Lawsuit After Younes Bendjima Attack

Sipes believes Drake and Odell are responsible for the attack against him. Sipes’ lawyer, Colin Jones, says his client and witnesses told him that Sipes’ girlfriend — famous Instagram model Sommer Ray — was hanging at the restaurant that night. But unfortunately, she wasn’t hanging with Sipes who was off duty — she was hanging in the VIP section, chatting it up with Odell.

Towards the end of the night, Sipes went to get his girlfriend from the VIP section, and Odell was allegedly not happy about it.

The events that followed next are a little unclear. Supposedly, words were exchanged, but nothing got physical. Fast forward to 2:30 a.m. when Drake, Odell and Younes were leaving out the back door and that’s when the attack broke out.

Two men punched Sipes — Younes and another guy who Jones believes was a member or either Drake’s or Odell’s security team. This would make them responsible for the second attacker’s actions.

Jones said he had no idea that Younes was the man who delivered the first punch until TMZ dropped their video. When Jones saw it, he said that was enough to commit to a lawsuit.

Despite all of this, there are still sources connected to the incident that say Sipes was the aggressor in the VIP area and he incited the attack outside the club too. These sources also say Odell and Drake had nothing to do with the fight.

Sipes was beaten pretty bad and Jones says his client is stilling receiving physical therapy treatment months after the attack.
