Tommie Lee Denied Court Therapy That Would’ve Reduced Her Jail Time

Poor thing.

Tommie Lee is going to have to face her charges without the assistance of a mental health program. According to a TMZ report, she’s been denied access to the court’s mental health program.

Previously, the former “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” actress submitted a petition in her child abuse case to allow her to get treatment for a serious mental illness, which she claimed she was diagnosed with around the same time she was charged with child abuse in Georgia. Tommie didn’t specify which kind of mental illness she suffers from.

In legal documents, the assistant district attorney determined that Tommie’s lengthy rap sheet and history of foul behavior “make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court.”

This sucks for Tommie because the program would’ve spared her some time behind bars.

Tommie is facing 7 charges, and she could get up to 54 years in prison if convicted.
