Rihanna Skips The 2019 Met Gala
On the lowest of low keys, the Met Gala has been Rihanna’s event for the past few years as she’s showed up and killed it every single year. Well, this year she stole the show again by…not showing up. What the hell, man??!!?!?!?
RihRih didn’t participate this year, sending the internet into a frenzy. We were robbed of her glorious look that would have killed it. Camp?! Seriously? Rihanna would have bodied that. Instead, she sat at home and enjoyed making fun of people who were upset we didn’t get to see her:

She even posted fan disappointment on IG and had a good laugh. Things got weird though as she was trending partly because someone posted a photoshopped image of her on the red carpet, though she was clearly not there. Whoops.
