So you’re social distancing. You’re by yourself or with a partner and you don’t know how long this is going to last. You have needs and you want them met. Yet you may be nervous about what’s safe. Can you have sex? Can you see your bae? Can you have babies?

We got you covered. All you have to do is follow these next 10 bits of information and you can stay as safe as possible. Also, if you are alone right now we have some very appealing options to help pass the time. We want everyone to be safe. That’s all that matters.

If you hit the flip, you’ll have all you need to know (with some eye candy to boot).

1. You can NOT contract Covid-19 from sex…directly. Now, Covid-19 is not a sexually transmitted disease. So having sex won’t give you the disease, sorta. However, you can get the virus from close contact with someone else. Obviously you’re breathing on someone and spreading germs.

2. You can NOT visit your bae. Under no circumstances are you to visit your bae if you are not living together. Sorry. The best bet is for you to have decided to live together even temporarily before this all started. Now meeting up after being away every day is exactly how not to socially distance. You have to just take one for the team.

3. It is safe to conceive a child right now. There is no evidence that you can pass on Covid-19 to a child this early in conception. Have those babies. In fact, there is a chance of a baby boom in the next nine months, anyway.

4. We hope you’ve been doing this anyway, but make sure you keep your sex toys clean. Scrub and sing “Happy Birthday” twice…or the first eight bars of “Meeting In My Bedroom” or whatever.

5. Sex workers are learning to go digital. You may be lonely and unable to date and want to have a meetup with a sex worker. Well, business for physical work has dried up over virus concerns. So your favorite partner is probably on Only Fans or some cam site now.

6. Speaking of, cam girls are seeing so much of a high demand for their services that they can barely keep up. Vice did a story and interviewed Ava Moore who had this to say: “The lockdown has been a positive experience for me. More people are watching live shows, paid video sales on my website are up and so are interactions on social media. To be specific, my business has grown by 30 percent since the start of the lockdown.”

7. The industry is also as diverse as ever. Only Fans say upwards of 30,000 new users and Cam Soda has had a 37 percent increase in models. While that’s a lot of good content. Some models are struggling to make more money as the market gets saturated.

8. Sex toys are booming. Sex toy purchases have gone up roughly 10 percent. You may want to re-up to stay at home so you know you’re being safe. That’s the way to go.

9. If your partner does get sick, you want to pause all intimacy until:

A. at least seven days after symptoms first started
B. and other symptoms have improved
C. and at least 72 hours fever-free without the use of any medications.

10. How do you keep things spicy with a partner you can’t see? Send nudes. Send videos. Phone sex. Factetime sex. Sex toys. Anything. Then get ready to pull some hamstrings when this is over.
