Ross fired back with his own filing and said after they split up, his lawyers reached out to her to try to get a DNA test done. The rapper said he completed his portion, Briana initially agreed to the test, but backed out the day of and lawyered up, and was apparently convinced that Ross may try to get someone else to take the test for him.

However, Ross’ lawyer Leron Rogers told us that the exes have since agreed to move forward with the DNA test, and Briana Camille is expected to take the test sometime this week. Rogers said Ross has always provided for the kids.

“Mr. Roberts has always taken care of his children, and that is his intention here as well,” Rogers told us. “We look forward to working through the process as efficiently as possible.”

Ross also asked for his children’s mother’s case to be thrown out. He said Briana never personally served him with her lawsuit. He said he didn’t live at the address where the process server delivered the paperwork and never OK’d a third party accepting court papers on his behalf.

The pair were supposed to appear in court on the case last week, but the judge had to recuse himself at the last minute because he was involved in another case involving Briana, court papers state.

Ross and Briana seemed like the picture-perfect couple on social media – but neither has posted the other in months, and Ross appears to have moved on with another gal pal, Dej Gabrielle, taking the model and her family on an extended trip to the Caribbean before announcing their new reality show.

We’ve also reached out to Briana’s lawyer for comment.
