Rena is actually among one of the first agents to join Sharelle at Allure. They’re old friends and she and her husband were good friends with Sharelle’s ex as well, which makes for some awkward moments.

Rena’s got a good deal of seniority and in addition to lots of corporate and legal experience she’s also got her broker’s license. You can see from the trailer that this leads to some complicated conversations during the season.

Another one of Sharelle’s earliest agents is Colony, who is one of Allure’s top sellers and definitely among the most beautiful of the bunch.

Colony is extremely LOYAL — to Sharelle, which can be a bit problematic at times since she’s also close friends with Anne-Sophie.

Since we’re already talking about her, we may as well introduce to to Anne-Sophie.

One of the youngest at Allure, Anne-Sophie is also a top seller at the agency and she’s got a spicy attitude that makes her one of the most fun to watch. She and Colony refer to themselves as the “nieces” at Allure, while the other ladies are the “aunties.”

Tenille is a little bit on the messy side. You’ll see what we mean soon enough. She’s always got a sly comment or a little bit of snark, but she’s known for being reliable and delivering some big money clients.

She has her moments of being at odds with some of the women, especially Alexis.

Alexis is on thin ice for most of the season. Sharelle puts her on notice that she’ll have to step up her sales if she wants to stick around at Allure.

She’s got a pro-athlete fiancé and she’s intent on proving she’s not just a WAG.

The underdog we probably root for most on the show is Karla, she’s really sweet and gets along great with most of her co-workers.

She also tends to stay away from being messy and is good at bringing the women together.
