Simone Biles Reacts To Fans Dragging Husband Jonathan Owens About Wearing Her New Gold Medal: “Leave Us Alone”

Biles was surrounded by her loved ones, including her husband, NFL safety Jonathan Owens. Owens was granted time off from the Chicago Bears’ training camp to witness his wife’s historic performances.

He took to Instagram to express his love and joy, sharing heartwarming photos and a loving message, “Witnessing history every time you step on the mat 😍🔥 Congrats baby on becoming the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history!!!! Just wow!!!! 8 of them!!!!! So thankful I was there to see it.”

The post showed the couple, with Owens proudly holding one of Biles’ gold medals, and another of them sharing a celebratory kiss. While the photos were giving #BlackLove and #BlackBoyJoy some online haters couldn’t resist making negative comments.

One user wrote, “give the medal back baby, that’s not yours,” while another referenced Owens’ past comments about not knowing who Biles was when they first met.

Biles has addressed these comments in the past but usually remains unbothered by the hate. This time around however, Biles had something to say. Per usual she stands strong in her love and support for her husband and in response to the current negativity, she had a simple message, “Like y’all are so f–ing miserable. Leave us alone.”

As the world celebrates Biles’ incredible achievements, fans eagerly anticipate her upcoming performances in the beam and floor events on Monday. Sad to say that his may be the final time we see Simone Biles compete under the Olympic rings, making each moment even more precious and memorable.
