SMH. Former “ABDC” judge/choreographer Shane Sparks is headed to trial this month for eight counts of child molestation following his December ’09 arrest. The charges include six counts of lewd acts on a minor and two counts of oral copulation of a person under 16!!!! Sicko!!!
Emmy-nominated reality TV star SHANE SPARKS is to stand trial later this month on eight counts of child molestation.
Sparks, best known as a choreographer and judge on Randy Jackson’s hit MTV show America’s Best Dance Crew, was taken into police custody in Los Angeles on a felony warrant last December and later released on $590,000 bail.
According to the criminal complaint filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, Sparks allegedly committed lewd acts upon a child in multiple incidents between 1994 and 1997.
This March Sparks pleaded not guilty to six counts of lewd acts on a minor and two counts of oral copulation of a person under 16. His defense attorney, Steve Meister, has branded the accusations “extortion, Hollywood style”.
Last Monday November 1, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled there was enough evidence for the 41-year-old to stand trial.
SMH… Shane better hope he can put that footwork to good use dodging the federal fudge packers cuz it sounds like a conviction is on the way. He’s gonna be eating a lot of sausage when the boys in the big house find out about those underage “oral copulation” charges!
