The legacy of New Orleans has fallen into the hands of mouthy, yet passionate Mayor Ray Nagin once again.
Beating Mitch Landrieu by a 52-48% margin, Nagin will continue to strive and face a long journey of restoring the once thriving commerce of the Big Easy, bringing back the exodus of people displaced by the evil hurricane Katrina.
