Believe it or not, at the tender age of 22/23 when she was taping “The Hills,” Lauren Conrad actually owned the four bedroom/four bath house in which she and her cronies lived. The 3,000 square foot Spanish-style house dates back to 1922 and also includes a pool/guest house… you know, the one Audrina used to call home.
