DJ Premier, who DJ’d all of the BET Cyphers, spoke on Justin Bieber wanting to do a cypher. BET was going to let him do it, but there was one major problem. Bieber wanted to rap, only if he could have his verse written by Ludacris! Come on, Biebs. That’s a Hip-Hop violation of the highest degree. What, do you think you’re Diddy or something?
Premo, who is a Hip-Hop legend, told Bieber to get to steppin’. Good for Premier. You step to the Cypher, you gotta bring the originality. Maybe next year, Biebs.
