Being an artist on the road can be hectic and sometimes it can be hard to stay on track. However, when people pay their hard-earned money to see you, showing up late is unacceptable. Here are 9 artists who have shown up late to their own concert.

Justin Bieber

Justin was booed to death by London concert goers for showing up two hours late and 90 minutes late to a concert in Iowa.

Lauryn Hill

Lauryn has shown up three hours late to concerts in Brooklyn and Atlanta. Fans complained about how horrible her voice sounded and the music being too fast..

Kanye West

Kanye was two hours late to a concert in Manchester, Tennessee which prompted fans to chant “Kanye sucks” and throw glow sticks at the stage. The delay was blamed on stage difficulties.

Keyshia Cole

Keyshia kept fans waiting for 2 two hours for a meet and greet that started at 2 p.m. Her fans ripped her to shreds and called her a “rat with money.” Ouch.


Loyal fans waited two hours for Madonna to grace the stage in Philadelphia. She apologized for being late and attributed her lateness to last minute concert changes.
