Question of the Day: Should Nas Drop Album #10??

Now that Nas will have another mouth to feed and a brokeass ex-wife, he’s planning on dropping yet another album after the one scheduled for August:
Even with the collaborative release of Distant Relatives expected to be hitting stores in August, Nas is already in the works of prepping his tenth studio album. Serving as a follow-up to 2008’s controversial album Untitled, which was originally titled “Ni*ger,” the Queensbridge native plans to deliver another musical effort once his latest project with Damian Marley is completed. I don’t know about that, but I know I hella CAN”T WAIT for that distant cousin album to drop…Nas & Damian Marley together??! FIRE…it’s going to be good. hopefully they can do some good promotion so that it sells. Nas doesn’t seem to be very good at marketing…

He is quite easy on the eyes.
His last album didn’t even go gold. It’s only his hardcore fans still buying his albums. And we all know the artist doesn’t make the big bucks on album sales, but on tours. So, just go out on tour since he needs to pay the bills.

I’m a NAS fan…..unfortunately for nas if he doesn’t have a hit…or an album that goes atleast gold over a 12 month period we’re going to be getting that infamous press release saying he and his record label have decided to “seperate amicably” ie he’s gonna get dropped…truthfully i don’t know how the man is eating….he spends lavishly and he doesnt make that much from touring he doesnt tour that much and when he does he can’t sell out large venues… damn he hasnt had a FIRE album since God’s Son and I have them all….
Not that I was a follower of his to begin with, but I got totally turned off when he tried to release an album entitled ‘N!gger.’ Publicity hungry coon.

As an artist he needs to be challenged and another album provides such an opportunity. This will be exciting as his new born baby will be here and he’ll have alot to talk about his current situation and what his fears and anxieties may be with regards to the unexpected changes he is going through in his life!

Yes,Yes,Yes!!! Nas should definitely drop a new album called the “Homecoming” and feature artists like Black Moon,OGC,Heltah Skeltah,Keith Murray,Mobb Deep,Maxwell,The Wu-Tang Clan,etc. That would be a dream album and tour.
