Sure, the Real Housewives of Atlanta women are the stars of the epic three-part Reunion, but one person has stolen a bit of their spotlight: Mama Joyce!
During her sit-down with the women on Sunday, Kandi Burruss’ mother showed off her fabulous new makeover—and revealed that she had a dramatic slim down.
Now, she’s sharing more details about her healthy new lifestyle. “I’ve lost 40 pounds,” she tells the Dish. “To be perfectly honest, the first 20 pounds I lost was with the Dramatic Weight Loss program. The other 20 pounds was from stress.”
Exercise also played a part. “I do it to keep in shape,” Joyce says. “I do arm exercises and leg lifts.” And her hard work paid off: she admits that she went from a 14-16 size to an 8-10.
“I feel wonderful,” she says. “I don’t have any flab so I feel wonderful!
