A Maryland female is dead after a butt-job gone wrong. Kelly Mayhew, 34, is dead after receiving silicone butt injections administered by a phoney plastic surgeon in a Far Rockaway, Queens basement. The victim drove up to New York City from Maryland with her mother solely for the purpose of the procedure at 5 pm and was deceased less than two hours later. Her mother told authorities that when her daughter started gurgling and fighting with her breath, she immediately performed CPR on her daughter and instructed the "physician" to call 911. Instead of calling the paramedics, the "Doctor" grabbed her keys, she jumped in her SUV, and drove off the scene – leaving the mother to call 911 herself. Mayhew’s mother, sometime after the suspect fled, tried to call the person who set up the appointment but couldn’t reach her. The pal later wiped her social media account clean, sources said. A woman who answered Mayhew’s mother’s phone Tuesday declined to comment. “We don’t want to talk.
