It looks like Ricky has found his Mrs. Rozay. Rick Ross has been exclusively dating Meek Mill’s, Justin Bieber’s, and Drake’s former flame Lira Mercer (sometimes known as Lira “Galore”) for the last few months, and it seems he has decided that she’s the one.
