Well looks like it really is lights out for Lira Galore. Ricky Rozay just celebrated his 40th with a huge bash at his mansion on the outskirts of Atlanta, and naturally made sure he had a lovely lady to escort him to the function. Surprisingly, he chose to ring up his former longtime girlfriend, fashion designer Shateria Moragne-El.
