Then on January 14th – two weeks before the contract was scheduled to close, Marshall’s lawyer informed him that the NFL star’s wife, Michi Nogami, refused to approve the sale. The man said that it made no sense due to Michi not being on the deed. However, the lawyer told him the deal was void and the home would not be sold.

Sternberg explained he planned on making the home is primary residence and he’s engaged with his fiancée expecting twins this summer. He also ceased searching for homes after he signed the deal with Marshall.

Brandon Marshall Breach Of Contact Suit

The suit accused Marshall of lying about his wife not agreeing to sell the home, so he could void the sale contract. The man is seeking unspecified damages and a court order stating the contract is enforceable along with attorney fees.

Marshall purchased the six bedroom, seven and a half bathroom mansion located in Southwest Ranches, Fl. for $4.1 million back in 2010. The property is currently listed for sale at the asking price of $4.5 million.
