According to TMZ reports:

Laura Van Winkle filed the docs Tuesday in Florida. They have 16 and 18-year-old daughters. Sources close to Ice tell us he and Laura have actually been separated for a few years now, and she’s just making the split official.

The couple toughed it out after he was twice arrested for domestic battery … in 2008 and 2001.

SMH… We feel for this woman, we can already imagine he probably put her through a lot.

Daily Mail detailed both domestic incidences, revealing how in Davie, FL in 2001 Ice admitted to PULLING HAIR from Laura’s HEAD to keep her from jumping out of his truck’s window during an argument. He pleased guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to probation and ordered to attend family therapy sessions.

Guess the therapy only went so far because in 2008 he was arrested again, this time in Palm Beach County, FL for allegedly kicking and hitting his wife. The case was dropped after Laura later said he had only pushed her, and a neighbor said in court that it was merely a verbal argument.

The couple’s daughters Dusti Rain and KeeLee Breeze are 18 and 16.
