Then on October 24th, the baby mama headed back to court and filed an amended complaint demanding Norman be thrown in jail until he pays up on the support he owes her.

She explained the back support debt total has grown to $55,397. Norman allegedly failed to pay $5,175 for the first nine months of this year and an additional $897 for support this month.

The baby mama accused Norman of willfully and voluntarily failing and refusing to cough up the money for his son and she is demanding the full $55,000 owed plus attorney fees and other expenses for having to drag him to court.

Dumas pleaded for the judge to order the singer to appear in court, order him to pay all money owed and for him to be incarcerated in the DeKalb County Jail until he pays the full $55,000.

Then on November 3rd, the judge came back with his decision on Dumas’ motion for contempt. A hearing was held but the singer blew it off and didn’t show up.

The judge found Norman in willful contempt for refusing to pay his baby mama $55,397 for multiple years.

The singer has been ordered to pay $20,000 to the Sheriff of DeKalb County before December 1st, as a payment toward the debt due to his baby mama.

The order notes if he doesn’t cough up the $20,000 he will be immediately confined to the county jail until he pays the entire $55,397 due in back child support. If Norman makes the first payment then he will have to pay $1,000 a month until the remaining $35,000 debt is paid off.

Norman will also have to pay $7,200 for his baby mama’s legal fees in the case.
