Flo Rida did not appear for the hearing, but Adams, clad in black pants and a white blouse, did attend with their baby son.

The judge stopped short of granting Adams’ request for an increase on her $8,000 a month child support so she could afford a highly trained nanny to help her care for Zohar, who the court heard sufferers from serious medical issues and needs eye surgery ASAP.

But at the hearing, it emerged that the “My House” rapper has refused to hand over his financial info and hasn’t filed taxes since 2012, so there was no way of calculating his current income to determine child support.

The judge later issued an order for Flo Rida to submit his 2017 tax return before the end of next month. Giordano said Adams would also submit her 2017 returns as well.

If they don’t agree on a settlement before then, the exes will have to appear back in court later this summer.

The judge also ordered Flo Rida to pony up $10,000 towards Adams’ lawyer fees.
