Joe Biden Announces 2020 Presidential Run
Uncle Joe’s officially thrown in his hat in the 2020 Presidential race.
After months of speculation, former Vice President Joe Biden’s announced that he’s ready to face off with Cheeto In Chief should the Democrats make him the candidate.
Joe’s so ready in fact that he called out Trump directly for his words about the white supremacist Charlottesville rallies and dubbed the forthcoming election a “battle for the soul of this nation.”
“He said there were quote some very fine people on both sides,” Biden said. “With those words, the President of the United States assigned a moral equivalence between those spreading hate and those with the courage to stand against it. And in that moment, I knew the threat to this nation was unlike any I had ever seen in my lifetime.”
Talk that talk!
CNN reports that Biden will attend a fundraiser in Philadelphia today before appearing on ABC’s “The View” Friday for his first television interview. On Monday, he will hold his first official event in Pittsburgh.
