Every artist has their time before cheers turn into boos and bright lights dim. With fame, wealth and legions of stans, comes a countdown to the moment when no one (in the universe) cares about your music anymore. Ugly reality, but the price of fame.

Here are the ten artists nobody cares about anymore. Take a look.[bossip_ad_a]

Keri Hilson New Video "The Way You Love Me"

Keri Hilson

She’s the most hated, disrespected, cyber-bullied R&B artist alive. In ’09, she was hot but now people (especially Bey stans) act like she open-hand slapped Blue Ivy and scampered off. Her career? Dead.[bossip_ad_a]

R

50 Cent

Everyone loves 50, the filthy rich instigator (who creates Rap beef for fun). 50 Cent…the filthy rich rapper? Ehh, like LeBron’s hairline, he just needs to let the rappity-raps go and stick to interviews.[bossip_ad_a]

ludacris-rest-of-my-life-500x500

Ludacris

The somewhat decent actor formerly known as Ludacris was one of Hip-Hop’s biggest stars before morphing into a super-corny identity crisis. At some point, he just stopped caring about Rap music and ruined every record he breathed on (See: John Legend “Tonight”). Damn shame.[bossip_ad_a]

Nelly_Scorpio_Season-front-large

Nelly

That awkward moment when you realize NELLY sold 21 million albums during his run. One of the best-selling male artists ever? Yes, Nelly, who still believes we care about his music hundreds of band-aids, Vokal denims and credit card swipes through booty cheeks later. Nah, bruh.[bossip_ad_a]

amerie-ilw-cover

Amerie Ameriie

She was always a poor, blind, crippled woman’s Beyonce famous for hitting (and holding) the same pitchy note on records. For two albums, she was poppin…then she wasn’t. Now, her and the extra-“i” she added for support (or something) are completely-irrelevant.[bossip_ad_a]

t-pain-revolver

T-Pain

The lotion-allergic hit machine had to die for Future Vandross to flourish. Musically-brilliant, Teddy Pain re-invented R&B before we turned on him and his Jay-Z-forsaken auto-tune.[bossip_ad_a]

lupe

Lupe Fiasco

“Kick, Push”-Lupe went from breath of fresh air to militant war criminal/domestic terrorist/fake deep philosopher in 2013. Pay $50+ to see him perform 27-minute anti-Government songs? HELL and NO.[bossip_ad_a]

juvenile-rejuvenation-album-cover

Juvenile

JUVAY gave the world “400 Degreez”—Top 5 Southern Rap album ever—and countless other classics before falling completely off Earth. We may be wrong, but the universe never intended for a 37-year-old rapper named “Juvenile” to exist in 2013. Nope.[bossip_ad_a]

EWnw5

Bobby V.

The fun-sized OshKosh B’Gosh-model/crooner was hot for 657 days before his time expired. Five years ago. Why he’s STILL releasing new music in 2013, we just don’t know (or care enough to investigate).[bossip_ad_a]

melanie-fiona

Melanie Fiona

Technically, most people never cared about the talented songbird with the personality of an empty shoe box. Soooooo vocally-gifted, yet so completely-boring and forgettable. Tragic.[bossip_ad_a]

This week in politics, the vibes are messy, alarming, and straight-up confusing. From late night TV being snatched off the air to vaccine policies getting hijacked, it’s giving “WTF is going on?” Let’s break down the headlines everyone’s talking about inside. First Amendment on the Chopping Block Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show has been pulled from ABC, and Stephen Colbert’s show? Cancelled completely. The official line is murky, but the bigger picture is loud. Free speech is being tested under the Trump administration. While Trump once said he’d “honor” the First Amendment, recent moves suggest he’s working off a remix version that only benefits him. Case in point? The Guardian reports his $15 billion lawsuit against The New York Times. A judge already tossed it out, saying Trump’s claims about “false content” violated federal rules. Still, the fact that these lawsuits and cancellations keep happening has people questioning the future of free expression in America. CDC Shake-Up Sparks Health Concerns Meanwhile, over at the CDC, things are getting political fast. Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has basically turned the agency upside down, firing all 17 members of the vaccine advisory committee and replacing them with appointees that include vaccine skeptics. On top of that, the CDC director is out, high-level staffers are resigning, and decisions about vaccine safety are suddenly more about politics than science. Public health leaders are calling this move dangerous, saying it dismantles independent oversight just when Americans need clarity most. According to California’s government website, they are one of the few states pushing back on the federal government’s stance. California, Washington, and Hawaii aren’t taking it lying down. The states have formed an alliance pushing back on the feds, promising to keep vaccine guidance rooted in science, safety, and transparency. Their health officers are reviewing guidelines from trusted medical groups like the AAP and ACOG to ensure communities still have access to clinically recommended vaccines. Trump & Xi Meet About US TikTok’s Next Chapter And then there’s TikTok. After years of “will they, won’t they?” drama, Trump announced that he and Chinese Premier Xi Jinping approved a deal for TikTok’s U.S. operations. According to BBC, the plan reportedly hands control to a group of U.S. investors, sidestepping a shutdown. Trump called the call with Xi “productive” on Truth Social, and even, teased a face-to-face meetup at the APEC summit in South Korea this fall. From free speech battles to vaccine wars and TikTok drama, this week in politics has us all asking the same thing: WTFGO?
