MSNBC Cancels Alec Baldwin’s Late-Night Show
Via RumorFix reports:
MSNBC has pulled the plug on Alec Baldwin’s low rated Friday night talk show.
Up Late With Alec Baldwin was pulled from the air when the 55-year-old went on a tirade against the paparazzi and used several homophobic slurs. And in the following days he continued to get in dust-ups with the paparazzi with more shoving, name calling and threats.
MSNBC and Alec’s rep, Matthew Hiltzik, tell RumorFix “We are jointly confirming that UP LATE will not continue on MSNBC.”
Added MSNBC: “ This is a mutual parting and we wish Alec all the best.”
The show was only five weeks into it’s run when the cable network suspended Baldwin for his antics.
