(Florida) Mrs. Ethel (black teacher in above picture) had a relationship with a 12 year-old boy and yesterday was sentenced to 38 Years in prison. The same judge, in 2005, sentenced the blond teacher (top left picture) to house arrest for having sex with a 14 year-old boy. Judge Chep Tharpe said “This court does not recognize gender. If it’s proven, as an adult, that you had sex with a child, you can expect to go to prison” when he sentenced Mrs. Ethel, but it’s obvious he sees color because he didn’t do the same in 2005 with the bimbo above.
Now, The teacher to the bottom left of the picture above… just received 2 years-in jail today for giving brains to a boy in her school, different judge and state, but can you see the contrast here?
