Our troubled uncle, DMX, has been apprehended in Florida:

A day after a $5,000 reward was offered by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office for his capture, fugitive rapper DMX (born Earl Simmons) was arrested in Florida on Tuesday (December 9) on a warrant issued by a Phoenix judge after he failed to appear in court last Friday.

Attorney Bradford Cohen told MTV News that the rapper was picked up by FBI agents on Tuesday after patient-confidentiality laws prevented Miami police from confirming whether X was at a local rehab facility. “A call went out earlier this morning in regards to his location, and the regular police went out to that location, which was a recovery clinic, but because of health care laws, the clinic wouldn’t confirm whether he was there,” Cohen said. “So the cops left, and apparently the sheriff down here didn’t like that too much, so he called in the feds.” Continue »

We thought Earl was faking, but now it is almost confirmed….

A lawyer representing DMX confirms that the rapper missed a court date in Arizona because he was admitted to a hospital in Florida, but the attorney would not confirm media reports that the reason was for “fear of stroke.” “It was serious enough for him to be brought and taken into a treatment facility,” his lawyer Bradford Cohen told Billboard. “He spent the night there last night, and he will probably spend tonight there as well. I don’t think it’s going to be an ongoing thing or a life-threatening situation. He’s going to be alright.”

We told you X was trying to get out of that court date. We are genuinely rooting for Earl, but he just needs to buckle down, gather his loot and stay off the damn rocks.

Here we go again:

DMX was arrested for the sixth time this year as he attempted to go shopping on Thursday afternoon in Miami. The arrest was the result of a skipped court date Tuesday, the result of drug charges in Arizona. Police in Miami, Florida arrested and handcuffed the Yonkers-bred artist as he attempted to leave an area Wal-Mart. DMX was reportedly trying to surrender to police through negotiations with his lawyer. The Miami police apprehended him before those talks could come to fruition. The 37-year-old chart-topping rapper was to appear in Arizona for a pretrial conference for allegations of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. DMX, born Earl Simmons, faces a number of charges in Phoenix, Arizona, ranging from animal cruelty charges to taking on the personality of another person.

Getting arrested in the Wal-Mart parking lot must have embarrassing as hell, that’s the direct opposite of low-key. It be a million mfers shopping there on a daily basis. Get it the fu*k together Earl. We sincerely hope this is the last time we have to write about his ass getting arrested.

The NY Daily News is reporting DMX collapsed at a Sony recording studios yesterday.

Rumors are that rocks were behind X being rushed to the hospital. By the look of this video we posted last week, rocks and the mic don’t mix.

Yesterday at the Hot 97 Back to School Jam rapper DMX enraged with violence flew into an audience to attack the soundman. What would cause someone to be this angry you may ask? The soundman cut his set after 15 minutes of performing, reported AMNY.com

Now 50 Cent and G- Unit who were on before him also had their performance cut only after 30 minutes. And what was 50′s reaction, a shrug and a quick apology to the audience. So the question is what the hell is wrong the DMX? We all know this isn’t the first time he has lost it. Just bringing more attention to his out of control behavior. DMX please get it together.

Camron, now DMX is riding on Jay-Z for wearing flip flops. According to Vibe Magazine X says real men don’t wear sandals and blames Beyonce for Jay-Z’s feminine appetite for flip flops.

Warrant Issued After DMX Misses Court (New York Daily News)

Rapper DMX aka Earl Simmons is in trouble once again. DMX failed to show up for a court appearance in White Plains, NY for the third time. The judge in the case has had enough and issued an arrest warrant. DMX was pulled over in June 2 in White Plains for speeding and unsafe lane changes. Nine days later he was ticketed for driving his 2006 Suburban on the shoulder of a freeway.

Mr. Simmons lawyer claims he missed court because he was attending another court date for concealed weapons charges in Arizona and he fell ill and was unable to travel. He was also arrested in London for refusing to put on a seatbelt in the plane. X is giving trouble all around the world negro get it together stop getting arrested and imitating federal agents, oh yea and get your ass to court tomorrow.
