“The Preachers” Jamal Bryant Accuses Baby Mama of Harassing Him In Child Support Suit

Jamal said his legal counsel drove to the baby mama’s lawyer’s office to allow them to inspect all his financial documents they requested including his banking statements, tax returns, contracts and paystubs. He said his baby mama only handed over her paystubs in return.

Jamal said based on the documents he provided, her legal team were comfortable enough to enter into a temporary order on child support that both parties OK’d.

Following the consent order, Jamal said LaToya has demanded he hand over even more documents and even be sanctioned for not providing her with the requested information.

“The Preachers” host said that this is a simple straightforward child support case and he is working hard to provide her with all the documents she wants.

According to Jamal, his baby mama is demanding loan information, future interests, previous lawsuits, medical history, arrests and traffic offenses, loan applications, memberships, loans and gifts to others, safe deposit boxes, automobiles, medical reports and credit reports.

He said handing all of this over would be burdensome and has no relation to the issues at hand, and accused the woman of only trying to harass him in the case. He asked the judge to not force him to hand over the other financial docs, order his baby mama to pay his lawyer bills and deny her motion for him to pay her legal costs.
