Ashley Derby Takes On DTLA With New Chick fil a Restaurant
My pleasure!
Ashley Derby has already made history once, now she's shooting for doubles. Back in 2011 the 26 year old opened her own Chic fil a restaurant in Los Angeles, near USC campus. She was the youngest person ever to run a franchise under Chic fil a, after starting at the company at age 15. Now Darby is about to open up her second location, in a prime Downtown LA.
7th and Figureoa is just blocks from the LA metro, The Staples center, tons of shopping and office space. There won't be any shortage of traffic on the location, Derby says she's ready to take on the challenge. Take a look.
According to AJC, Derby began her career at the fast food restaurant at age 15 as a team member. The goal was to earn extra money to buy a car, but she continued working there throughout her years at Spelman. Congratulations!
