Alexis Skyy Responds To Medicaid Haters
Earlier this week, Alexis Skyy caused Twitter folks to get into an entire health coverage debate all because she revealed to “Love and Hip Hop” viewers that her precious baby girl’s medical treatments were covered by Medicaid. BOSSIP noticed that folks are reacting incredibly WEIRD to Alaiya, who suffered from a brain bleed at birth, having health insurance. So, we reported on the reactions and since then, the topic has gone viral!
Alexis is now responding to folks who had NEGATIVE things to say about it! In an instastory video (she posted & deleted) Alexis has the following message for the Medicaid haters:
So, I keep seeing people talking about Medicaid. You guys gotta be dumb. My daughter was a micro-preemie. She automatically qualified for Medicaid because she was in the NICU, ok? The only reason I’m explaining myself right now is because I don’t play that “oh you got bags…” My daughter got more money than [redacted]. My daughter got designer, ok? She has just as much as me. She qualified for Medicaid because of all the services she NEEDS.
