Amara La Negra Dating Shay Johnson’s Brother

Amara La Negra’s got a lucky new man in her life. The “Love & Hip Hop Miami” star is dating singer Emjay who also happens to be the brother of Amara’s costar Shay Johnson.

Amara announced the news via Instagram first sharing that she “loves a gentleman” before telling a story about sitting next to Emjay at a basketball game. She also emphasized that their romance is NOT a storyline.

“Here’s a funny story This picture was taken in 2017 thats when we met I didn’t even know @iamshayjohnson nonetheless that they were family and I only sat next to him because they were no more seats available 😂 lol that was just pure coincidence and a paparazzi took a picture of me but I always say that God has a funny way of working.. it’s all about timing. I know you guys have been trying to figure out who he is and check him out on Instagram so here y’all go.. @officialemjay and no this is not a @loveandhiphop storyline.”

Interestingly enough all posts about Emjay have gone missing from Amara’s page—but Emjay posted a coupled up pic of them.

“She said tell me something sweet Papi so I gently kissed her face and said your skin #saylessanddomore,” he captioned the photo.
