If you’ve been feeling restless in your spirit lately it is because your soul wants a home. It wants to come closer to harmony with your mental and physical body. Your current environment or interpersonal relationships are no longer doing it for you – in fact, they are at the root of this disconnect from your soul. While I don’t advise rushing out Aries style to “knock everything over and burn it to the ground,” I do suggest that you set stronger boundaries and only say “yes” to people or favors that you truly want to do. If you’re seeking a new physical home, know that you may make a move abroad or out of state in the near future. This move will prove to be beneficial to you at a soul level.

RED FLAG: You’re out of sync with your root and heart chakra which is at the base of the internal unease. Wear red carnelian, jade and quartz crystals to start to hear these chakras. Spend time daily doing breathwork and asking your soul how it needs to be honored that day.
