A certain Baton Rouge rapper isn't having a great morning and (of course) it's all a Montero rapper's fault. [Insert eye-roll here] As anyone with social media could have predicted Lil Boosie has reacted to Lil Nas X's PEOPLE magazine pregnancy shoot and he's displeased. As previously reported the rappeer announced that his "baby" a.k.a. his debut album is dropping September 17 and he donned a fake bump and flower crown to promote it. "I was like, 'Oh my God, this is amazing,' so I immediately called my stylist," he said to PEOPLE. "She was like, 'Wow, this all comes together. Your album. Your baby.' I was like, 'Yeah, this is my baby, huh?' As a joke, she was like, 'Yeah, you should do a pregnancy shoot.'" "

WELP if it wasn't already abundantly clear, Lil Nas X does not care what you think. Hi, Boosie! The terrifically trolling rapper has announced that his Montero album will be released on September 17. To mark the project's "impending" delivery, the rapper did an over-the-top pregnancy shoot, complete with a burgeoning baby bump and flower crown in photos for PEOPLE.

Earlier this week, Lil Nas X revealed the release date for his upcoming debut album, Montero. As if  the hype for the project wasn't already at an all-time high, he followed that up by announcing the tracklist for the project.

The star just released a short video announcing that his highly-anticipated debut album, Montero, will be arriving next month.

Lil Nas X came out as gay in 2019, and since then, his career has only gotten bigger--but that doesn't mean he hasn't faced his fair share of hate. Last night at the BET Awards Lil Nas X kissed one of his male background singers during a performance of his hit single "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" and received a wave of backlash from people online. The 22-year-old artist came out as gay last year during Pride Month.

Lil Nas X has never shied away from addressing his haters directly, talking about the controversy in a series of tweets this week. He brushed off the criticism and told the public that his work isn’t intended for children, adding that a fake Satan being used in a music video is far from the worst that could happen.
