This spring equinox and New Moon in Aries will hit many Taureans right in the feels. Instead of trying to intellectualize your feelings or feed them – sit on them. Yes, it will be hard and uncomfortable, but the longer you sit in them – the faster you’ll heal. Remember tears are the body’s way of releasing toxins both emotional, energetic, and also physical.
RED FLAG: Karma has no end date. There’s good karma and bad karma – be the overseer this week as you are set to receive a scoop of karma.
SWEET SPOT: If you want it- a spiritual awakening or at least the beginning of one, is available to you this week. Propel this forward by doing a daily shower meditation – saying “I release what no longer serves me” as you wash your body.
