Brittish Williams has been behind bars since her Jan. 12 arrest for failing to surrender to prison. According to STL Today, a judge revoked her bond to make the start of Williams’ four-year sentence official. The reality star will serve her time at FPC Alderson, a minimum security camp in West Virginia.

Williams apologized to the judge for missing the court-ordered date to turn herself in. Her attorney blamed her evading the requirement as a “miscommunication” about a request to delay the check-in.

Prosecutors fought the request to delay and asserted that 48 months is appropriate for her crimes. Between the severity of the charges and Williams’ defying the court, the government says she should quit while she’s ahead.

“Even if Williams did qualify for a potential reduction, the Government would oppose relief because she failed to report to the Bureau of Prisons as directed and she already received a more than generous disposition by way of the dismissal of counts carrying six years of consecutive mandatory minimums at the time of the original sentencing,” prosecutors said.
