On tonight's "Couples Cam" episode, viewers will see an open and honest conversation between Miles and Karen about depression. Miles who advocates for mental health awareness and previously disclosed his clinical depression to his bride is seen telling Karen about his latest bout with it that makes him feel sluggish and tired. "It feels like I'm in a basketball game and everybody is running up and down the court and I'm literally in slow motion but I can't do anything about it," says Miles on "Couples Cam." "I'm calling for the ball, I'm trting to do things and my body, literally cannot do it and that's such a frustrating feeling knowing that on a normal day I can do all those things."

Three new couples from the quarantine-extended "Married At First Sight: New Orleans" season are coming to the show. Karen and Miles, Amani and Woody, and Amelia and Bennett from "Married At First Sight" Season 11 are joining" Married At First: Couples Cam" season 2!

After last night's "Married At First Sight" reunion aired, Miles sent a message to his wife Karen who's been blasted by fans over those "masculinity" comments.

"Married At First Sight's" longest season ever amid the COVID-19 pandemic is over and some hard (and not so hard) decisions were made. Amani and Woody stayed together but what about Karen and Miles?

During #MAFS' "Dealbreakers" episode, viewers saw the couples who married as strangers face difficulties and for one couple, in particular, things got rocky when a sex conversation lead to a seemingly overly dramatic exit. Karen, 30, was none too pleased when her "My Stranger" spouse Miles, 26, cracked a joke about physical intimacy. After noting that they have yet to consummate their marriage and asking Karen questions about her "likes, dislikes, and physical needs", Miles put "sex with my wife" on a calendar. That apparently set off alarm-bells for Karen and she ended up leaving their house and staying the night elsewhere. "He literally put sex with my spouse [on the calendar]," said Karen in a confessional. "It was a stupid, childish moment and it makes me feel disrespected in our own home and he crossed a boundary."

During a sitdown, Miles bravely told Karen that he at times has depressive episodes and takes medicine. Karen seemed fine with Miles' confession and even asked how she could be supportive during those moments when he's feeling especially down. But in conversations with producers, she flat out said that "Miles’ depression was a red flag for her" and said she told the experts that she wanted a “masculine male.” Luckily, Karen knows y'all gave her the side-eye and she sent over a statement to our sister site MadameNoire to clarify. According to Karen, depression is NOT a red flag and while Miles' confession caught her off guard, she's glad that he's "emotionally mature", an attribute she's attracted to. 

Miles is a 26-year-old education worker who's been matched with consultant Karen, 30, who has doubts about getting married to a complete stranger. Viewers watched these two prepare separately for their big day walking down the aisle that luckily looks like it could lead to a promising partnership. And while Miles was ecstatic about finding a potential soulmate, Karen was seen struggling to cope with her decision to marry someone sight unseen. As previously reported those doubts reached a fever pitch when someone shadily revealed Miles' identity to Karen before their wedding; a huge #MAFS no-no. That lead to this sweet and shy beauty to scour through Miles' social media and wince at how glaringly "emotional" her hubby-to-be seemed to be.  Still, Karen went through with the matchmaking and met Miles down the aisle where they said "I do" and shared a sweet kiss on the cheek. Later, they'd have their first dance and their "first date" at their reception before ending the night with a NOLA style second line and a very PG-13 foot rub. Cuteness overload.
