Metro Boomin took a back seat when the action popped off between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, but now he’s re-entered the chat.

On Sunday, Metro jumped on social media to finally speak on his feelings towards Drake directly, and this time he didn’t claim to be hacked.

After dropping several tweets about Drake, the famed producer created the #BBLDrizzyChallenge. Drake suggested Metro should “shut his mouth and make some drums” and that’s exactly what the producers did. Metro took it a step further however and invited the fans to join the process by dropping the #BBLDrizzy beat for free.

“Best verse over this gets a free beat just upload your song and hashtag #bbldrizzybeatgiveaway,” tweeted Metro.

Of course, the youth wasted no time going for a shot at a free Metro Boomin beat. Of course, most of the songs weren’t good, but as expected, a few unknown artists cooked right over the Metro production. The challenge escalated quickly and reached far and wide as different languages and regions entered the chat.
